Merban Properties Limited (MPL) was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) in 2003. The Company has been revived as a property services provider under the newly promoted UMB Capital, and seeks to deliver the highest value to its stakeholders through the provision of quality, cost effective and reliable property management and ancillary services.

MPL’s focus is to serve its clients’ non-core needs to enable them focus on their main business. The Company offers Property Brokerage, Property Management and Property Valuation and Advisory Services.
